| Cholesterol and Glucose Screening: |
Please make sure to come to the health fair fasting for at least 8 hours if you intend on having your cholesterol or glucose checked. It is OK to drink water that morning, but do NOT drink coffee, orange juice, milk or any other drinks or other foods.

| Health Fairs: Cholesterol or Pap Results |
Patients who had labs done, results will be mailed to you. Please refer to the Follow-up Form you received during Registration. If you have not received your results within 4 weeks, please contact us.

Hemoccult: Patient Instructions

Information for patients taking the Hemoccult test for non-visible blood in the stool. It is important that you follow the diet restrictions for the test to be correct. |
