Cholesterol and Glucose Screening:

Please make sure to come to the health fair fasting (nothing to eat or drink other than water) for at least 8 hours if you intend on having your blood sugar or cholesterol checked.

Again, it is OK to drink water that morning, but do NOT drink coffee, orange juice, milk or any other drinks or other foods.

Health Fair Send Out Labs: Pap Results

Patients who had labs done, results will be mailed to you. If you have not received your results within 4-6 weeks, please contact us. If you received a letter or call telling you that your laboratory test is abnormal, someone will contact you to help take the next steps.

Hemoccult Kit: Patient Instructions

Information for patients taking the Hemoccult test for non-visible blood in the stool. It is important that you follow the diet restrictions for the test to be correct.
